1) Eligibility

• Participants under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.

• Please inform us in advance if you have any health conditions that may affect participation.

• For tours involving alcohol, participants must be of legal drinking age in Japan (20 years old).

2) Safety

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the tour.

• Please follow Japanese traffic laws and public manners at all times.

3) Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the total fee.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hour of the scheduled time will be charged in full.

• In case of tour cancellation by the organizer due to weather, disasters, or unforeseen circumstances: Full refund

4) Disclaimer

• Our tours are covered by a General Liability Insurance, which protects against third-party damages (bodily injury or property damage) caused by the organizer’s negligence during the tour.

• Your own illness or pre-existing medical conditions are not covered.

• Accidental injuries or medical expenses during the tour are not covered.

• Loss or theft of personal belongings is not covered.

• We strongly recommend that all participants obtain travel insurance that covers medical expenses and personal accidents during your stay in Japan.

5) Liability

• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or accidents caused by weather, transportation, or force majeure.

• Participants are responsible for any personal disputes or incidents during the tour.

6) Photography & Media

• Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please inform us in advance.

7) Language

• Tours are conducted mainly in English and Japanese. Other languages may be supported at a basic level but are not guaranteed.
